Doug and I met over 20 years ago and little did I know at that time we would be together this long. We had our share of good times and bad, but nothing like we have had the past 13 years of marriage. Since our wedding, we have seen the deaths of Doug's Mother & Father and my Father & Brother. There were times when things were too hard to handle and we thought about giving up. During those times we would look at family and friends who are married and realize they probably went through hard times as well, but no matter what, they did not give up and neither did we. I know that we can make it through the good times and bad, through sickness and health, till death do us part Doug will always have my heart.

Jennifer and I have been friends since elementary school. We have seen each other through the good times and the bad, including the births of our children and the deaths of loved ones. She was by my side at our first wedding and I am blessed to have her by my side again for the vow renewal. LYLAS

Cidney is my first born and the one who made me a mom. She has been a supporter of our relationship since the beginning. She was so happy when Doug finally became her stepfather 13 years ago and she is just as happy today to see us renew our vows to each other.

Alexis was just 7 months old when Doug and I got married and even though she was there, she does not remember it. Over the years, she has asked us to get married again, so that she could be a flower girl. We are happy to finally make her wish come true and are blessed to have her with us as we renew our vows to each other.
