We have secured a hotel block for our guests on the night of our wedding. If you would like to book a hotel room at The Hampton Inn & Suites, then please call the hotel and let them know that you are interested in booking a room for the Thierry/Kelk Wedding. Please note that the cut-off date for booking a room in this hotel block is 7/23/2022. Check-in time begins at 3:00PM and check-out time is at 11:00AM.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hampton Inn & Suites Stroudsburg Pocono Mountains

August 20, 2022 4:00 pm - 1:30 am

A shuttle will be available for the convenience of our guests staying in the hotel block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Stroudsburg Pocono Mountains Hotel. The details of the shuttle trips and times for these guests are as follows: - 1st shuttle pickup at the hotel to go to cocktail hour/reception - 4:00PM on 8/20/2022 - 2nd shuttle pickup at the hotel to go to cocktail hour/reception - 4:30PM on 8/20/2022 - pick-up for guests at the reception to go back to the hotel - 9:30PM on 8/20/2022 - 1st shuttle back to the hotel following the after party - 12:00AM on 8/21/2022 - 2nd & final shuttle back to the hotel following the after party - 1:30AM on 8/21/2022 For guests that are at the reception and would like to attend the After Party at The Orchard, a shuttle will also make one stop on the East side of the lake and one stop on the West side of the lake at approximately 10:30PM following the reception. This shuttle will pickup and take guests to The Orchard, although people are more than welcome to walk to The Orchard if they choose. The shuttle will also make stops on the East and West sides of the lake to drop off people leaving the After Party that are lodging on the venue grounds. These stops will coincide with the 12:00AM and 1:30AM pickup times from The Orchard. More detailed information regarding these pickup locations will be provided at the end of the reception when announced by the DJ.
