AVA is 10-15 minutes from the airport, and your room booking includes transportation to and from the airport with 6-8 person shuttles. Transportation details will be arranged and confirmed closer to the date based on flight information.
Travel Note
You MUST create an account, and book through DESTINATIONWEDDINGS.COM. Do not book on AVA's website. Prices on Destination Weddings website should be identical to the pricing on AVA's website. This price match is guaranteed to be honored until November 1st. You can still book after November 1st, however rooms will be subject to availability and potentially new rates. Regardless of when you book, please remember to book through destination weddings rather than AVA. Visit the "attend" page. Enter either the bride or groom's last name. Code is 02/21/2026. Total "per room" is the TOTAL cost for the entirety of the stay, with all-inclusive perks for every occupant in the room, including transportation to and from the airport. There is a 3-night minimum. If there is a room on AVA's website that you want to book, and is not listed in the inventory, please mention that in the "comments/request" section on the next page. You can still pay for the current room, and will receive an updated invoice once our planner confirms the requested room is available / books it for you.
