Intimate Ceremony in the Mountains

11:45 am - 2:00 pm

Semi-formal and cocktail attire. Wear something blue, floral patterns are welcome as well. Be sure to wear your comfy shoes or hiking boots!

Exact location will be announced closer to the date. Carpool and meet at the parking lot, where we will be taking a 15min hike up into the mountains, to a small meadow. Once everyone arrives (Ceremony Begins at 12:00pm) we will ask for you all to make a Simi-circle, and join hands as the Bride & Groom will then welcome the 4 directions, opening circle to then exchange vows, rings and tie the knot! *Those of you who are attending we ask you to bring a Trinket, a small handwritten note, stone or crystal, coin, this will then be collected at the end and used in placement as our unity ritual...and to close our circle. A few group and family photos will be taken, then those of you not in the wedding party may head down. We'll be delighted to see you all tomorrow at our Reception! NOTES: *No children under age of 13 *Be sure to eat something beforehand and bring water as the elevation may affect you if you aren't used to it. *Leave no trace, pack out trash

Reception Party in the Park

1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dress, as though you are part of the Wedding Party in (something blue) cocktail or semi-formal attire. Floral patterns are encouraged! Wear comfy shoes, flats, low box heels or sandals we will be on grass all day.

1-3pm As guests arrive we will begin with our (Cocktail Hour) mingle while listening to the first band play. Grab a snack and sip something refreshing from our open bar. Stocked with a selection of wine, beer, seltzers as well as N/A beverages for those of you who are sober. We'll have a selection of outdoor yard and board games for a bit of friendly competition throughout the day. Take this time to sign the guestbook, snap pictures with friends and family with the (polaroid cameras provided). 3-4:30pm 2nd Band (Fractalia) 4:30-6pm DJ (Bailey) 5-6:30pm Dinner, Toasts and Cake! 6-10pm Shortly afterwards get ready to dance the night away with DJ Dirty South. Let's make this unforgettable! *Kids of all ages are welcome at this event, however the last hours of the night (8-10pm) are reserved for adults only. *Please no t-shirts, denim/jeans or casual attire. *No outside Alcohol *Please do clean up after yourselves- we want to leave the park looking cleaner than when we got there!
