Getting Here

Closest Airport New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) Approximately 1.5 hours from the venue, depending on traffic Ubers are readily available from the airport to the venue If you need help arranging transport, please let us know! 🚗 Please note: There is no need to rent a car, and we do not recommend driving in Delhi if you have not driven here before.

Currency & Payments

The local currency is Indian Rupee (INR). Most established hotels, restaurants, and shops accept Visa and Mastercard. Discover and American Express are also accepted, but Visa and Mastercard tend to have wider acceptance. 💵 We suggest carrying approximately $100–200 USD equivalent in INR cash for small purchases and tipping. You can withdraw local cash from ATMs with your debit or credit card — please check with your bank about any international fees and locations of ATMs (and save a list in advance)

Connectivity & SIM Cards

If you have T-Mobile, you can use free 3G data in India with your existing plan at no extra charge. Please note this plan does not include voice calling. For better connectivity, we recommend purchasing an eSIM online before you travel. An eSIM will give you both data and voice service to help you get around and stay connected. You can choose a plan based on how much data you need and how long you’ll be in India. Here are a few reliable eSIM providers you can explore: Airalo (airalo.com) Holafly (holafly.com) Nomad (nomadapp.co) 📶 Important Notes: Public WiFi is not very prevalent or reliable in India, except at some hotels, airports, and malls We strongly recommend having a mobile data plan so you can use maps, ride-share apps, and stay in touch If you have questions or need help setting up your eSIM, please let us know — we’re happy to assist!
