This has info on requirements to travel to the U.S. Consider booking travel and hotel that will allow you the flexibility to make changes to your itinerary if needed.

We recommend using Google Flights to look and track flights that may have discounted prices. Please consider flights that will give you flexibility to change your itinerary if needed.

Airbnb

We recommend these neighborhoods to search Airbnbs: - MiMo district: south of the Vagabond Hotel, off of Biscayne Blvd between 61st and 78th St. About 30 min drive from Sunday event, 10 from North Beach and 15 from Wynwood/Design district where our other events will be located. - The Design district or Wynwood: About 40 min drive from Sunday event, 15 from South Beach. - North Beach in Miami Beach: About 45 min drive from Sunday event and 15 from Wynwood/Design district where our other events will be located. Note: We do not recommend South Beach as it is very crowded, noisy and recently became less safe at night. In addition Airbnbs in South Beach are currently illegal. To find a place on Miami Beach, we recommend North Beach (but make sure to double-check that rental is permitted before booking). If you really prefer South Beach, we recommend finding a place north of 18th Street.

Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack stayed here! It's a boutique hotel and room size range from 276-355 sq ft. It has free parking, a pool, cocktail bar, and a restaurant. It's near our activities (30 min to Sunday event, 15 to Wynwood & 10 to North beach). Please book no later than Nov. 19, 2021 since our party is during a holiday weekend. All reservations (except Advance Purchase reservations) can be changed or cancelled 72 h prior to the first night. When booking online, select room type and dates of stay: 1. Click "Book Now" 2. Click "Add code" 3. Click "Discount code" 4. Select "Access/Corporate Code" 5. If you are staying for 3 nights or less type, "DISCOUNT". Type the "WEDDING" if staying for 4 or more nights. *The Advance Purchase option is NON-REFUNDABLE. Prefer another hotel? Search these areas: MiMo district (off of Biscayne Blvd between 61st and 78th St), North Beach in Miami Beach, the Design district, or Wynwood. If you like South Beach, pick hotels north of 18th Street.

Beach front hotels in Miami

We advise not staying in a hotel near South Beach due to large crowds. If you do, look for hotels that higher than 18th street. A daily resort fee is common for beachfront hotels and not always included in the nightly rate. You can ask the hotel what those fees are.

Driving in Miami

We highly recommend using Lyft/Uber to travel throughout the area as it is a cheaper alternative to renting a car. It can also get frustrating driving around the city due to construction, traffic, expensive parking, and sometimes aggressive driving. We want this to be relaxing for you! If you do prefer driving you can get a rental car from the airport. Note: We are providing bus transportation to our Sunday beach party!
