What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly request that you arrive at the ceremony at least 30 minutes before the start time to ensure you have a good seat. Arriving early not only guarantees you a prime spot but also allows you to settle in and enjoy the ambiance before the ceremony begins. This helps us start the event on time and ensures that everyone is comfortably seated. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to celebrating with you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we both love children, we respectfully request that no guests under the age of 18. This is strictly an adults only occasion with an exception of those in the wedding party. This allows us to create an atmosphere that is enjoyable and comfortable for all our adult guests. We understand that this may require additional arrangements, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Can I bring a plus one?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP. We kindly ask that you respect this arrangement and only bring a guest if your invitation specifies so. Your cooperation helps us ensure a smooth and comfortable event for everyone. Thank you!

We kindly request that you RSVP by January 31, 2025. This allows us to finalize our arrangements and ensure that all our guests are accommodated properly. Your timely response is greatly appreciated, as it helps us plan seating, catering, and other important aspects of the event.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the event is Semi-formal. We encourage guests to wear attire that reflects this level of formality. Suitable options include cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, suits, and ties. Please aim for a polished and sophisticated look that is comfortable for you while adhering to the semi-formal standard. Refrain from wearing any of the following colors: White/Ivory, emerald green and burnt orange. If you have any questions about the dress code or need further clarification, feel free to reach out. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available at Graham Presbyterian Church for your convenience. To ensure a smooth and organized arrival, a venue host will be stationed outside to direct traffic and assist guests with parking. Please follow their guidance to help maintain an orderly flow of vehicles and ensure everyone can find a spot quickly. If you have any questions or require special assistance, feel free to ask the venue host. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the event.

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!
