The ceremony, dinner reception and cocktail hour will take place at Condado Vanderbilt
The ceremony will start at 4:45pm
Guests should arrive between 4:15pm-4:30pm. The hotel has reserved a space for all guests near the lobby with seating accommodations
Formal/ Black Tie Optional. Since the wedding is in Puerto Rico please dress accordingly. Summer dresses are also accepted. Bridal party is wearing dusty blue
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. In case of rain there an alternate location inside the hotel. Cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors under a tent. Dinner reception will be taking place indoors.
5:15pm- Ceremony 5:45pm-6:30pm- Cocktail Hour 6:30pm-10:30pm
Transportation will not be provided. There are a lot of hotels in the area that are walking distance from the ceremony. Ubers are inexpensive here and they are reliable.
Since we are limited on capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Yes, there is an elevator that the hotel will have available for guests to use. Please let us know a week before if you need access to the elevator so we can let the hotel know your name.
The weather in Puerto Rico at the end of January ranges from 75 degrees to 90 degrees with an ocean breeze. The area is near a rainforest so pop up showers do happen but not for a long period of time
Yes there is parking available for guests. The hotel has a parking garage
