My sister, my bestfriend, and my heroine. Katie is about seven years to my senior and although we are often described as being raised as two only children, my admiration for Katie as a friend, wife, mother, & nurse goes beyond words. I was typically the sibling to question the rules, while Katie was the sister that outsmarted the rules. Katie inspired me from a young age to work hard for the things you want in life, which developed in my education & career. Her kindness and empathy for all is reflected in her work, but also in her passion to fight injustices for the underserved in her community. I am blessed to have her by my side as my Maid of Honor.
Amos
Best Man
The dynamic duo of Amos & I started the day he was born. Although we are fiercely competitive in whatever event is put in front of us, we have complemented each other's attributes for most of life. Amos is the artsy half to my analytical side, while I'm the constant to his adventurous spirit. You can always count on Amos to lighten up the room at family events, which let's be honest he'll probably be doing on the big day. I am excited to have my brother by my side as my Best Man.
Micah & Paige
Petal Posse
In addition to being my Maid of Honor, Katie gave me two of my favorite people in life - Micah & Paige. At times Micah can be shy but always has great insights for observations he has made, plus he has a wicked sense of humor that Hunter and I love so much. Paige, oh Paige, we are so lucky to have her joy filled spirit in our lives. Every moment with her is filled with excitement and confidence we all wish to have. The role of Petal Posse, I expect will be perfected by these two and remembered for years to come.
