Shania here - Not everyone knows our story and how we came to this big day, so here we go! Hunter and I met in the summer of 2018 through Bumble, a dating app that allows the girl to make the first move. I messaged Hunter with some witty line about trivia and turns out, he was interested in my love for trivia but also me. Our first date was drinks at La Cour in Denver that was followed by coffee at Stella's - a favorite to both of us. Turns out we grew up about 10 minutes from each other, but it took a fancy dating app to put us together! We went on plenty of adventures which included plenty of ski trips, learning how to rock climb (me, kind of), learning to cook (Hunter, still trying), weekly trips to Jazz in the Park, and a 2-week road trip to Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Joshua Tree National Parks. We moved into our cozy little apartment in the fall of 2019 with Hunter's brother Amos and shortly there after added Barry to the family. Hunter proposed on July 16, 2020 in the most Hunter way possible - simply asked "will you marry me?" during our routine evening cuddle with Barry. He is a man of little plans, but that is one of the reasons I love him so. Covid-19 shutdowns had us itching for something new, so the three of us: Hunter, Barry, & I moved to Louisville in the summer of 2020. Our lives are still ever changing in our new spot, but adventures are still our biggest priority in living life. We look forward to the Adventure of Life Together and to celebrating this new phase with all of our loved ones on December 10, 2021. See you there!
