Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot and a path right up to the ceremony. You are able to leave vehicles over night if you wish but please pick them up by 8am Monday morning.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony- outdoors (there is backup plan for weather) Cocktail hour- indoors & outdoors Reception- indoor & outdoors Our venue has the ability to be indoor & outdoor throughout the evening. Feel free to mingle where you feel the most comfortable. i.e. South Texas weather.

Will there be a bar during cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a cash bar available during the reception. While we wish we could offer an open bar for everyone, we hope you understand that this helps us stay within our budget. We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

There is a QR code that you can scan with your smartphone and input your information online. Deadline for RSVP is April 15th, 2025. IF you unfortunately can't come after RSVPing PLEASE reach out to either Shania or Garrett to make changes to meals and seats. Thank you in advance, as this a courteous gesture.

We’re excited to have a semi-formal celebration and want our guests to feel comfortable and truly themselves! We encourage you to embrace your Sunday best—whatever that means to you. Whether it’s a lovely dress, sharp suit, or smart casual outfit, we want you to feel at ease while celebrating with us. We do specifically ask that you don't wear jeans, whites, ivories, or tan... leave those options for the bride. ;) Your presence is what matters most!

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We so appreciate your excitement for us, but we ask that you leave the photo taking to the professionals during the ceremony. In other words, an UNPLUGGED ceremony. After the ceremony, please take all the photos you wish!

Do we have a registry or honeymoon fund?

Answer

Yes, we have created a registry and a honeymoon fund for those who wish to celebrate with us through gifts. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, but if you’d like to contribute, we’ve included options that will help us build our future together.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue constraints and our budget, we’re keeping the guest list intimate and can only accommodate those specifically invited. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Are there any activities that I should know about during cocktail hour/reception?

Answer

Besides having a drink and mingling there will be lawn games, feeding animals and kids table.

What's for Dinner?

Answer

We love mexican food and it was actually what we had on our first date! We will be having a GF menu of both chicken and beef fajitas with rice and beans, toppings and a nacho bar during cocktail hour.
