For our out-of-town guests flying in for the wedding, here are the three major airports in the Washington, D.C. area: 1. Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) • Address: 1 Saarinen Circle, Dulles, VA 20166 • Distance to Venue: Approximately 7 miles (11 kilometers) from the venue 2. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) • Address: 2401 Smith Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22202 • Distance to Venue: Approximately 26 miles (42 kilometers) from the venue 3. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) • Address: 7050 Friendship Road, Baltimore, MD 21240 • Distance to Venue: Approximately 60 miles (97 kilometers) from the venue • Details: Situated near Baltimore, BWI is a hub for several low-cost carriers, potentially offering more budget-friendly flight options. However, please note that it may involve a longer commute to the wedding venue, especially during peak traffic hours.  We recommend checking the flight options and ground transportation services at each airport to determine which best suits your travel needs.

Shuttle to & from Home2 Suites by Hilton Chantilly Dulles Airport

A 24/7 shuttle bus runs every hour (e.g., 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, etc.) and is available to transport you from Dulles Airport to the hotel and the wedding venue. The shuttle will drop you off at the venue, which is directly across the street (please note: the venue is not within walking distance due to a main road). Shuttle Details: Guests can call ahead to request a shuttle ride on the same day of arrival. The shuttle picks up at a specific spot at Dulles Airport (Gate #). The front desk at the hotel will provide you with the exact location. Please let us know if you'd like further assistance with your shuttle or hotel arrangements.
