When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on August 8, 2025, in Chantilly, VA. The ceremony will begin at 6 PM on the rooftop, followed by a cocktail hour indoors to enjoy drinks and mingling before the reception. We request that guest arrive by 5:45pm.

Do you have any hotel rooms blocked?

Answer

For those needing accommodations, we’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at Home2 Suites by Hilton Chantilly Dulles Airport. HOME2 Suites by Hilton – South Riding is located just across the street from the venue at 43340 Defender Drive, Chantilly, VA 20152. You can reach them at (703) 253-3400 to book your stay. Breakfast is included and a shuttle bus is available.

Is a shuttle available?

Answer

Yes. A 24/7 shuttle bus runs every hour (e.g., 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, etc.) and is available to transport you from Dulles Airport to the hotel and the wedding venue. The shuttle will drop you off at the venue, which is directly across the street (please note: the venue is not within walking distance due to a main road). Shuttle Details: Guests can call ahead to request a shuttle ride on the same day of arrival. The shuttle picks up at a specific spot at Dulles Airport (Gate #). The front desk at the hotel will provide you with the exact location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for you to join us in semi-formal or formal attire. This typically means: For men: A suit and tie or a dress shirt with dress pants and a jacket. No need for a tuxedo, but a polished look is appreciated. For women: A cocktail dress, a chic evening dress, or a stylish skirt or pantsuit with elegant accessories.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be ample free parking at the venue for all guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

Our guest list is limited to 75 people, so unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones or children. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be a live stream of the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! For our loved ones who can’t join us in person, we’ll be streaming the ceremony so you can be part of our big day from afar. We’ll share the link closer to the date.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration! Please notify us if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure to accommodate.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve created a Honeyfund to help us create memories and experiences together as we embark on this beautiful journey. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we’re so grateful for any contributions to our Honeymoon fund. Details will be provided in the invitation and on the website.
