The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive by 4:30 PM so you have time to get settled and find seating.
Yes! There is ample parking at the venue. All parking is in a gravel lot, so you may want to wear comfortable shoes for the short walk to the venue.
There will not be transportation provided between the hotels and the ceremony. Please plan your travel accordingly. The venue is approximately 2 miles from the hotels listed under Travel.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 31st, 2026 so we can plan for everyone’s attendance!
Most invitations include a plus-one, so you can share the night with someone special. Due to limited venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation (including an invited plus-one) RSVP. We can’t wait to celebrate together!
Only children listed on your invitation are invited. Due to limited capacity and venue policies, we can only accommodate family children. We encourage guests to enjoy a parent’s night out, but completely understand if that isn’t possible. Please RSVP accordingly.

Our menu will be smoked brisket, mac and cheese, baked beans, and a salad, lovingly prepared by a family member. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know on your RSVP so we can do our best to make sure you have something safe to enjoy.
