Question

Can I bring a date or additional guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes!! If not, we would prefer if it was just you. The RSVP page will say exactly how many guests are included in your party.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If your child is included in the invitation, then of course!!! Just keep in mind that if your child is under the age of 12, you must sign a "Release and Hold Harmless Agreement" in order for them to attend the venue. (requirement of the venue)

Will there be hotel blocks or transportation provided?

Answer

There will not be hotel blocks or transportation. This is a family wedding and the majority of guests are coordinating amongst themselves how they want to share lodging and transportation. Be aware that Uber will give rides to the venue but will not pick guests up afterward so please find other arrangements.

Will the ceremony, social hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be a grassed area in the open air but the social hour and reception will be on a roofed deck. We will get married rain or shine so please be mindful of the weather. Typical highs at that time of year is 88 degrees.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a dry social hour and reception. In other words, there will be no alcohol served. However, there will be several non-alcoholic options available.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire please. Also, the venue is located on an actual working farm. It might be best to bring an extra pair of shoes, just in case. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let loose. Keep in mind the HOT weather.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. The wedding venue will have parking available for guests. Just follow the signs for "Event" or "Event Parking". The parking lot is unpaved and has a capacity of about 75 vehicles.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We hope that you can enjoy this special moment with us camera-free, so please, no photos until our ceremony conclusion. Our wedding photographers and videographers will capture every moment, we promise. We'll share it all with you when it's ready.
