Are Children Allowed?

We love your little ones, but we’re celebrating with an adults-only evening. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a fun night out!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We encourage guests to dress their best for the occasion. Black tie or formal attire is recommended, but most importantly, please wear whatever makes you feel polished, confident, and celebration-ready.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will capture all the special moments, so everyone can simply be present and enjoy the celebration!

Do I get a plus one?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with the people closest to us. Your invitation includes everyone on your guest list, but if you’re unsure or need clarification, we’d love for you to reach out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:45 PM to ensure seating before the ceremony begins. Doors will close promptly at 4:00 PM and will reopen after the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! The JW Marriott offers both valet and self-parking. Event (day) parking for our guests is $10, and the overnight rate is $45. Additional nearby lots are also available at varying prices.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please let us know about any food allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure the catering team is prepared.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
To keep things simple, we’re celebrating at the JW Marriott — no travel needed for guests staying there! If you’re at a different hotel, rideshare options like Lyft or Uber are a convenient way to get to the venue.
