Troy Meikle

Best Man

As my younger brother, Troy has been through it all with me. From terrorizing our parents when I taught him how to escape his diapers, to dropping off Steve, Nick, Austin, and I in Boystown, Chicago to fend for ourselves. I couldn’t imagine anyone else as my best man.

Nick Busbey

Groomsman

Nick has lost a lot of sleep thanks to me keeping him up late at night talking about dreams, life, and anything else I could think of at 3am. Still, you would find this man awake at 7am cooking the best breakfast burritos for the rest of us (we would help clean, except for princess). I’m glad Nick will get to be up at the altar on this big day.

Steve Gentile

Groomsman

Steve was one of my first friends in college where we met at our engineering fraternity rush event. With so much time we spent in the engineering center, Steve helped keep me sane whether it was heading to Half Fast for Margarita Monday or just lending an ear. I’m grateful to have Steve up there next to me.

Austin Anderson

Groomsman

Even though our parents introduced us to each other during our freshman year at CU Boulder (and they love to remind us of that), Austin has been a true friend since. You can catch him watching the Avalanche game or golfing, but you should really ask him about his paramotor.

David Heym

Groomsman

Sunshine really cemented how to impress the squadron as a FNG (new guy). The trick was to buy everyone Jägerbombs. Sunshine has been a huge pillar of support for all the months we have been away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better friend to spend months on end with. Plus, he has a pretty sick grunge band you should check out.

Jordan Miller

Groomsman

It’s hard to say who was more fortunate to have us sharing a cubicle when I worked for Boeing in Huntsville. However, when Jordan invited me to Sloss fest after a few weeks of being in town, a beautiful friendship sprouted. Even though I’m still not an Alabama fan, he is gracious enough to still be here at my wedding.

Ben Betty

Groomsman

I will never forget Ben asking me with concern how I was getting by in Huntsville after learning I moved from Los Angeles. Luckily, I met him, so I was doing pretty good. From bikes and brews, helping me catch my first bass, and starting our rap group (Go Inglewood!) I’m honored I can have such a genuine guy supporting me on this big day.

Alex Viola

Groomsman

When Alex invited me to split a room in Boston before SERE (aka torture camp), I knew we were going to be great friends. We survived the Dudashtrophes together as a team, and always hoped it was not our name on the schedule with Mr. Dudash. Regardless of what happened, we were able to laugh over it with a drink at Toast. I’m excited to have Alex up in the front with me on this special day.
