When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Gabrella Manor by 4:10pm and be seated by 4:20pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We do not want you accidentally walking down the aisle with the bride. :)

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! There is onsite free parking at our wedding venue, Gabrella Manor.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will be available for guests at The Tutwiler - Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham for transportation to and from the wedding venue. Please review the Travel tab for an outline of shuttle departure and arrival times. There is no shuttle service provided for guests at the Courtyard Marriott or other hotel locations.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be under a covered tent with ceiling fans. Please dress comfortably for an early summer evening in the South.
