This is the nearest airport to the venue and hotels (all within a 15-20 minute drive). There is no public transit, but rental cars and ride shares are available. As a regional airport, there are more limited carriers. Flights can be booked on American, Delta, JetBlue, or Breeze and may require a connection.

Roughly 25 miles from the venue and events. Public transit and rental cars are available. Rideshare to the event area will take 35-45 minutes with an estimated cost of $85-100. Public Transit from LaGuardia Airport to the Event Area 1. Take the Q70 Bus (Free): From airport arrivals, board the Q70-SBS bus to Roosevelt Ave / 74th Street Subway Station. 2. Subway to Manhattan ($2.90): At Roosevelt Ave, take the 7 train (purple line) toward Manhattan. You can pay by tapping your phone’s digital wallet or a chip-enabled credit/debit card. Ride to Grand Central Station. 3. Metro-North Train to Event Area ($11–$14): From Grand Central, take a Metro-North train to Rye, Harrison, Mamaroneck, or White Plains. The ride takes approximately 45–60 minutes. Returning to LaGuardia Airport: Follow the same steps in reverse. On the subway, be sure to take the 7 train toward Queens.

Public Transit from JFK Airport to the Event Area 1. Take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station ($8.50): Follow airport signs for the AirTrain and board the line to Jamaica Station. You can pay by tapping your phone’s digital wallet or a chip-enabled credit/debit card. 2. Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to Grand Central ($5–$10): At Jamaica Station, take the LIRR to Grand Central Station. Trains run frequently and the ride takes about 20–25 minutes. 3. Metro-North Train to Event Area ($11–$14): From Grand Central, take a Metro-North train to Rye, Harrison, Mamaroneck, or White Plains. Travel time is approximately 45–60 minutes. Returning to JFK Airport: Follow the same steps in reverse. From Grand Central, take the LIRR to Jamaica Station, then transfer to the AirTrain to your terminal.

Take the AirTrain to Newark Liberty Airport Station: From your terminal, board the AirTrain to reach the Newark Liberty Airport Train Station. 2. NJ Transit Train to New York Penn Station ($17): Purchase your ticket at a kiosk or via the NJ Transit app (the fare includes the AirTrain). From Newark Liberty Airport Station, take an NJ Transit train to New York Penn Station. Trains run frequently, and the ride takes about 30 minutes. 3. Subway to Grand Central Station ($2.90): At Penn Station, follow signs to the 1/2/3 (red) subway lines. Take the 1, 2, or 3 train uptown one stop to Times Square–42nd Street, then transfer to the S (grey) line to Grand Central Station. The Metro-North train system connects Grand Central Station with numerous towns around the event area. Mamaroneck, Harrison, Rye, and White Plains are the stations closest to our recommended accommodations and the venue. Explore train times and options in the link provided below.
