Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate additional guests because of limited capacity; we can only allow the people named on your invitation. If we've allocated a plus one for you, your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest." If you have been invited with a plus one, please let us know if you plan to bring a guest when you RSVP for both the ceremony and reception. This will help us to have an accurate headcount for each event.
Due to limited capacity, we kindly request that only the children and younger adults who are explicitly included on invitations attend the event. If your children and/or young adults are invited, your invitation will be made out to The {Your Last Name} Family. Otherwise, your invitation will be made out to just you, you and your partner, or you and one guest. Please note: Any children under 10 invited will all receive a Chicken Tenders and Fries children's meal.

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We ask that guests follow a formal dress code. Bring your dancing shoes and no jeans, please!
Our wedding colors are shades of Burgundy, Burnt Orange, and Terracotta. Guests should avoid wearing these colors, as well as white, off-white, champagne, and ivory.
Please plan to arrive at the church at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time of 2 PM.
Yes, there will be a short gap between our events. Our ceremony will start at promptly at 2 PM and end at around 3 PM. Our reception will begin at 5 PM, and you may arrive up to 15 minutes early (4:45 PM) It's important to note that the travel time between the venues is between 50 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes via US-1 N, depending on traffic. After considering travel time, there will be a gap of approximately 50 minutes or less.
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before the start of the wedding reception, which will start promptly at 5 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier than 4:45 PM, you can relax at the indoor/outdoor taproom bar, which is located in a separate area of the venue. The entrance to the taproom bar is at the end of the Newport Vineyards retail store, to the right of the main entrance. The venue staff will be available to assist you if needed.

Yes! Shortly after the reception, at 10:30 PM, we will have post-reception drinks at The Helmway, the bar and restaurant inside the Pell Hotel nearby. Further details for this event can be found on our wedding website's "Schedule" tab. You can RSVP for all wedding weekend events via the "Schedule" tab of our wedding website.
