Yes, there is parking available on site. For the ceremony there is a parking lot right across the site. And for any other events, there is plenty parking on site

Check-in time on Thursday August 13th will be starting at 4pm if you are lodging on the property. You can also arrive on either Friday the 14th or only come to the wedding on Saturday August 15 and skip out on the retreat side of things.
Plan on comfortable clothing for daytime activities (hiking, games, hanging out), plan on a jacket as it can get chilly in the mountains. Plan on sneakers. For the rehearsal dinner and wedding, formal attire - stylish and sophisticated.

The plan is to all lodge on the property for the three nights, but if some guests prefer some privacy, there are nearby hotel options.

Bailey is about an hour away from Denver, so you should plan on flying into Denver. We recommend to rent a car to be able to take full advantage of the mountains in your own time. But in some cases, we can provide shuttles if needed. Please reach out to discuss.
There will be provided meals for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception, as well as an open bar.

Yes, most cabins have kitchens and there is a communal kitchen. Also, many restaurants within short driving distance.
Pets are allowed, but please reach out to confirm with us first. We are bringing both our dogs who are great off-leash and we don't want to have to manage any potential dog fights during our festivities. Dogs are welcome if they get along with our little creatures.
