Welcome to Glen Isle! For those arriving on Thursday, check-in starts at 3pm. The evening is intentionally low-key: a food truck will be on-site for dinner (guests purchase their own), and we'll have water, wine, and beer available. If you'd like anything beyond that, feel free to bring your own. After dinner, we'll gather around the fire pit, hang out by the creek, play some music, and enjoy the Colorado night air. There's also a playground on-site for the little ones. No agenda, just good company and a chill camp vibe to kick things off.

Get ready to compete. The Olympic Games are a team competition organized by Liana and Liam (Shandra's sister and her boyfriend) featuring a mix of strength challenges, brain teasers, etc. — designed for all ages and activity levels. Expect about three hours (including breaks) of laughs, trash talk, and maybe a little glory. Please rsvp to this event only if you plan on playing the games. If you wish to not participate, please still join us to cheer on the teams!

After the games, we're heading inside the historic Glen Isle Lodge for a catered dinner. All you need to do is show up hungry. Dinner is on us, and we'll have wine, beer, and soft drinks available. If you'd like something stronger, feel free to bring it along. This is a great chance to relax, mingle, and get to know the wedding party before the big day.

The ceremony begins at 5 PM. We chose the evening to beat the afternoon heat and make the most of the Colorado light. You'll find us about a half mile up from the main lodge, outdoors on benches. Most guests can walk the road up, and for those who need it, transportation will be provided. Parking is also available if you prefer to drive up.

The reception takes place right next to the main lodge along the river, past the horse stables. We'll kick things off with an hour of cocktails, followed by a catered Mediterranean-style dinner. During dinner, we'd love to pass the microphone around , if you have a story, a toast, or something to say, start thinking now. After dinner, we can party all night, with music, dancing and fire pit hangs. There's no end time, so come ready to stay late. Light snacks will be available later in the evening to keep everyone going.
