Emily's favorite thing about James: My dad is someone I can go to if I need anything fixed. Literally.. if he doesn't already know how to do something, all he needs is 15 minutes with YouTube and the job will get done! He also is my favorite scuba diving/lobstering buddy.

Emily's favorite thing about Lynda: My mom is where I get my compassion and empathy from. She is the most loving, supportive, and helpful person in my life. I can always count on her to be by my side. If I can be half the woman my mother is, I will have lived a good life.

Emily's favorite thing about Chance: Chance has always been a man of few words but when he speaks, you'll want to listen. He’s always a good time to be around and gets along with anyone.

Emily's favorite thing about Deidra: Deidra is the definition of what a big sister is supposed to be. She will always protect the ones she loves, always show up, and always keep her promises. Since the day I was born I've wanted to be like my sister. PLUS--she'll be the first person to put me in my place (ask us about the story).

Emily's favorite thing about Morgan: Morgan and I have been through so many phases of life together. My favorite quality of hers is her bubbly, go-with-the-flow, down for anything attitude. She's just a fun person to have in life, but she also is intelligent and wise beyond her years.

Emily's favorite thing about Sydney: Sydney is my family by marriage, but my friend by choice. She is supportive and kind to everyone she meets. Since the day I met Sydney, I knew we were going to be Shalosky girls forever.

Emily's favorite thing about Dairrian: My favorite quality of Dairrian's is she can become friends with anyone because of how genuine and inclusive she is. Fun fact, Dairrian was my FIRST new friend I made when I moved to Columbus. She can make anyone feel welcome and if anyone can get you out of your shell, its her!

Emily's favorite thing about Madeline: Madeline is someone where you do not have to drain your social battery to be around. She's someone you can just hang out and talk about life with on the couch (or in her salon chair). She’s supportive and there for you no matter what is going on in life.

Emily's favorite thing about Alexa: Alexa is a genuinely beautiful person on the inside and out. She is always hyping up her friends and can make anyone laugh.

Matt's favorite thing about Mike: My Dad is the definition of selfless. He goes above and beyond for the people he loves, his friends, and those he cares for. I can't go anywhere without running into someone that wants to sing his praise and that is enough of an explanation in itself. If I can be half the man he is I think I'll be alright.

Matt's favorite thing about Cindy: One of the strongest and most caring women in the world. My Mom would do anything for the ones she loves and has shown me what family is and does for one another. She is the best Mom in the world and I know I can always count on her.

Matt's favorite thing about Nick: From our first job together at my dad's office to living together for 4 years, Nick is someone you always want to be around. He is a great friend, person, and overall human. He is always present and in the moment with the people around him.

Matt's favorite thing about Ryan: One of the most genuine people I have ever met. If you need a pick me up, Ryan is your guy. He can always bring you out of a funk. He's unapologetically himself and it brings the best out of those around him.

Matt's favorite thing about Ty: Ty is one of those people that you are always happy to see and will always go out of his way for you (even if it means hitting tough trails on the snowboard trip with two bionic knees). He is a great friend to all those around him. Side note he is also a hell of a cook.

Kody is someone I have known for 20 years and one thing that has never changed is he makes everyone around him feel welcomed and appreciated. I know I can always go to Kody for a good laugh and and an early exit from the bar.

Matt's favorite thing about Connor: Immediately we had so much in common that Connor asked me, "Okay. What is wrong with you". From day one we got along so well and and I knew I could always trust Connor to be honest, genuine, and someone I could come to in confidence. It's been such a joy to get to know Connor more and more over time.
