Answer

Please be sure to RSVP by Sunday, January 29, 2023 using the RSVP card, our website (www.thewashingtonwedding.com), or our QR Code if you received an invitation that came in the mail.

Question

I FORGOT TO RSVP, CAN I STILL ATTEND THE WEDDING?

Answer

All guests must RSVP by the deadline (Sunday, January 29, 2023). Only RSVP'd guests will be accommodated at the wedding.

Question

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

If you cannot attend the wedding, please be sure to RSVP accordingly by the deadline. If we do not hear from you by the RSVP deadline, we will assume that you will not be in attendance.

Question

I RSVP'D FOR THE WEDDING, BUT I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Answer

If you can no longer attend, please contact the couple OR our wedding planner via email, eplanning@vogueaffairs.us, so we can adjust the RSVP list as needed. Please add the wedding name in the subject line, Stephenson/Washington Wedding.

Question

HOW DO I GET A PLUS ONE?

Answer

At this time, only guests listed on the RSVP list are invited to the wedding.

Question

CAN I BRING EXTRA GUESTS IN ADDITION TO MY PLUS ONE?

Answer

We appreciate your support and appreciation of our union. We are only able to accommodate guests on the invitations. We have annotated how many seats we have reserved in your honor on the RSVP card. Thank you for celebrating with us.

Question

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adult-only event with a few exceptions (children in the wedding party). We want our guests to fully enjoy the wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us!

Question

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY; CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Absolutely. Please let us know about your food allergy when you RSVP.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at the listed time. After 4 o'clock, the doors to the venue will be closed until the end of the ceremony. Please be sure to account for Orlando traffic to minimize delays.

Question

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "travel and things to do" tab for recommended hotels. There are numerous hotels in Lake Mary and the surrounding area, so be sure to shop around for the best price.

Question

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The listed Hilton hotel does have a shuttle that will take guests directly to the wedding venue. Please have a look at the travel tab for more information.

Question

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?

Answer

Parking will be available on-site and free of charge.

Question

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! We ask that you drink responsibly and make sure that you arrange for a ride home with a sober driver, Uber, or another safe form of transportation.

Question

ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Answer

We are lucky to have already nearly everything we need for this new chapter together. Please know that your presence on our special day is the greatest present of all! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a monetary gift or contribution to our honeymoon fund would be warmly appreciated (the registry tab has additional information).

Question

SHOULD I BRING MY CARD/GIFT WITH ME, OR SEND IT IN ADVANCE?

Answer

We will have an area set aside on the day where you can safely deposit your card. However, you can mail a card or gift to our home address if you'd like. This is a destination wedding, so we are not able to carry a large number of items back to our home.
