If you prefer to travel by train, Amtrak stops at Union Station in Northampton (NHT) which is less than 0.5 mile from the hotels. The transit time is about 4 hours from Boston or New York.
Shuttle

The shuttle will depart Hotel Northampton at 3 PM (check in is 2:30) and the Fairfield In & Suites at 3:30 PM (check in is 3 PM but you can call ahead to request early check in). The shuttle will be making multiple rounds back to the hotels between 9:30 PM to 12:00 AM. If you decide to drive there, you can leave your car overnight and take the shuttle home. Cars need to be picked up from the venue by 11AM on Friday please.
