What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, but we will be welcoming guests as early as 2:30 PM at the Muse Cider Bar on site for welcome drinks. If you prefer to check into the hotel early, you will need to call to make this request.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle will depart Hotel Northampton at 3:00 PM and Fairfield Inn & Suites at 3:30 PM. If you want to arrive to the venue earlier, you can drive there, leave your car overnight and take the shuttle home. The shuttle will make multiple trips back to the hotel between 9:30 PM and 12:00 AM. Uber is not reliable in this area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking on site at Valley View Farm, and you are welcome to leave your car there overnight if needed. Please plan to pick your car up from the venue by 11 AM on Friday.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Our Farm-to-Table catering team sources all ingredients locally and makes everything from scratch, so they can easily accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. Please indicate any dietary restriction on your RSVP response.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel Northampton: check in is at 2:30 PM Fairfield Inn & Suites Northampton: check in is at 3:00 PM but you can call ahead the day of to request early check in. Please see our Lodging & Travel page for more details
