We’ve reserved a room block at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites in Leduc — a 20 minute drive from our venue. To book at our special group rate, click the 'view' button below or call 1-780-986-2241 and mention Shaina & Cody Wedding along with the Group Code: 4718-1. The room block is available until July 26, 2025, and our online booking link will only work until that date. If you're booking after July 26, you can still book at our group rate by calling the hotel directly! **Important Note: We’ve noticed that sometimes the hotel’s website — or even staff at the front desk — may say there are no rooms available. But don’t worry, our block is still open, and rooms should still be available even after July 26. If you’re told there’s no availability, we recommend: booking directly through our link, or calling the hotel and asking to speak with Ramandeep (or email her at raman@denhamhotels.com) — she’s our group booking contact and will make sure you’re looked after. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. We have arranged an early check-in at 12:00 PM for a $20 fee, but it is dependent upon the hotel's availability. You will have to call the hotel directly to access the reduced fee. If you're able to get an early check in, feel free to drop off your things and park at the hotel before the ceremony! We’ll have a shuttle running to the venue if you’d rather not drive. You’re also welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up the next day (we have the venue until Monday!) We’re so excited to have you with us and can’t wait to celebrate together!
Shuttle

We've set up shuttle service between the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites and Cloverlawn Community Centre to make things easy for everyone! From hotel to venue: There will be two shuttles available with Golden Arrow School Buses to bring guests over, with seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. Both buses will be departing the hotel at approximately 2:45 PM to make their way to the venue. From venue to hotel: There will be 4 shuttle rides back to the hotel throughout the evening: 10:00 PM, 11:15 PM, 12:30 AM and 2:00 AM. If you are not staying at the hotel but would like to head back to the city, we recommend taking the shuttle to the hotel, and catching a cab or Uber from there! You’re welcome to use the shuttle or drive your own vehicle to the venue. There’s plenty of parking available, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up the next day. We have the venue until Monday, so there’s no rush!
