We’ve reserved a room block at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites in Leduc, just a 20-minute drive from our venue. To book at our special group rate, click the 'view' button below or call 1-780-986-2241 and mention the Shaina & Cody Wedding. The block is available until July 18, 2025. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, but we’ve arranged early check-in at 12:00 PM for a $20 fee—just call the front desk 24 hours in advance. Feel free to drop off your things and park at the hotel before the ceremony! We’ll have a shuttle running to the venue if you’d rather not drive. You’re also welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up the next day (we have the venue until Monday!) We’re so excited to have you with us and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Shuttle to and from the Venue

We've set up shuttle service between the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites and Cloverlawn Community Centre to make things easy for everyone! From hotel to venue: A shuttle will be available to bring guests over, with seats available on a first-come, first-served basis. More details to follow! Back to the hotel: Shuttles will run at different times throughout the night, so whether you’re ready to head out early or stay for all the fun, there’ll be a ride for you. We’ll provide specific shuttle times closer to the date, so be sure to check back for updates! You’re welcome to use the shuttle or drive your own vehicle to the venue. There’s plenty of parking available, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up the next day. We have the venue until Monday, so there’s no rush!
