While we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an adult-focused celebration. If your child was invited, their name will have appeared directly on your invitation and the RSVP section of our website. Otherwise, we hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy a fun night out! Thank you so much for understanding - it truly means a lot to us.
The entire wedding (ceremony and reception) will take place at Cloverlawn Community Hall. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception and dance will be held inside. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, followed by a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers. After that, we’ll enjoy dinner, drinks, speeches, and plenty of dancing!
The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to find your seat and settle in!
Yes! We’ve arranged shuttle service between the Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites in Leduc and the venue. To the venue from hotel: Two buses will depart the hotel around 2:45 PM (first-come, first-served). To the hotel from the venue: Four return trips will run throughout the evening. Not staying at the hotel? We recommend Ubering to and from the hotel and taking the shuttle from there.
Yes, there is parking available at Cloverlawn Community Hall for anyone who prefers to drive. You may also leave your vehicle at the venue overnight! We have the hall rented until Monday and are welcome to pick up your vehicle anytime before then.
Absolutely! Dinner will be provided, and there will be an open bar throughout the evening. During cocktail hour, we’ll also have drinks and appetizers to enjoy before dinner.
Unfortunately there is not an ATM on-site - we would recommend bringing a bit of cash if you’d like to tip the bartenders throughout the evening!
If you’ve been given a plus-one, your invitation may already be addressed to both you and your guest. In some cases, the RSVP tool will indicate that you can bring a guest, even if their name isn’t listed. Simply type your name into the RSVP tool to confirm who’s included. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!
Cocktail or semi-formal—feel free to dress up with us! Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and ready to have fun (and dance!). If you’re planning to wear heels, we recommend a block heel or wedge, as the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass.
If there’s anything else you’re wondering about, feel free to reach out to us. We’re happy to help!
