Embassy Suites by Hilton Berkeley Heights

For those who are looking to stay overnight or longer we have reserved rooms for our guests at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The group code is AVW and the group name is Altschuler/Vera Wedding Room Block. You can now go on the Embassy Suites website and enter the group code above in the group code box or you can call to make a reservation at 1-844-714-1511 or 800-362-2779 and provide them with the group code and/or the group name. The room rate is available through April 28th, 2022 or until the room blocks are sold out, so please book early. To reiterate, reservations must be made ON OR BEFORE the Cut-Off Date. Requests to receive a room after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates. NOTE: If you have reserved a room at the hotel, a shuttle will be provided to and from the church and venue. The first run will leave the Embassy Suites to go to Our Lady of The Mount Church at 2:00 pm and will then leave once the ceremony is over at 3:30 pm to go back to the Embassy Suites. The second run will leave the Embassy Suites to go to Primavera Regency at 5:45 pm and will stay until the duration of the wedding (the shuttle will bring guests who want to leave early back to the hotel as well). If you would like to stay for the after party, the hotel shuttle will be provided too until 12:05 am.
