Flight
There are a bunch of airports within two hours of the farm and Beacon, NY. All have rental car options too! Stewart is the closest, then White Plains, Laguardia, JFK, Newark, and Albany.
Train
Metro North is the rail line that goes up the eastern side of the Hudson River. The Hudson line can take you directly from Grand Central into Beacon or vice versa! Really easy to use, and the train is right on the river downtown. From Grand Central, you can get to the other airports, Amtrak, buses, etc.

Shuttle

A passenger van will be running from the hotels to farm starting around 12:30 pm. There will be two trips; 1 at 12:30 pm and the next at 1:15 pm. The shuttle will be available to transport when you need to get back to the hotels starting around 8pm running until midnight!
Travel Note
Uber and Lyft are available in the local area! If you miss the shuttle to or from the farm, or want to get around town, you should be able to get a ride no problem.
