What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to wear formal or cocktail attire in rich, elegant shades—think jewel tones and fall-inspired colors such as burgundy, emerald, navy, black, or deep autumn hues. These tones will beautifully complement the setting. Since our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors in mid-November (weather permitting), we encourage guests to dress warmly and comfortably. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, denim, or white.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in a stunning space featuring unique Spanish Revival–style architecture, located right next to Willows Park Reserve. This charming setting blends history and nature, perfect for our special day. Weather permitting, we’ll celebrate under the open sky. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we have a lovely indoor backup—the ceremony will be held inside the mansion to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The reception will be an intimate, garden-centric gathering in a beautiful outdoor space that includes a patio area. While the reception is designed to embrace the outdoors, the space is fully protected from the elements, ensuring that rain or wind won’t disrupt the celebration.

Is there assigned seating?

Answer

You will be assigned to a specific table, but not to a particular seat—so feel free to choose your spot at the table!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly appreciate your understanding as we aim to keep our celebration intimate. Plus ones are only permitted if they were included in the original invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 15–20 minutes before the 3:30 PM ceremony. This will give you plenty of time to get settled and enjoy the beautiful ceremony space before we begin

What’s the timeline for the evening?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM at The Willows at Villanova — please be sure to arrive on time! After the ceremony, we’ll take candid and portrait photos with family and friends. Once photos are finished, we kindly ask you to check into your hotel and freshen up for dinner. The reception will begin at 5:30 PM with a cocktail hour followed by dinner. The reception venue also features a café, a store, and a beautiful garden nursery for you to explore and enjoy before the festivities start.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at a discounted rate. Please visit the Travel section of our wedding website for the special booking link and details. Just enter your stay information and use the code provided to receive the discounted rate

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking available at both the ceremony and reception locations. Upon arrival, you’ll be directed to the designated parking lot. Please note that there’s a short walk from the lot to the ceremony space, so we recommend arriving a little early and wearing comfortable heels or shoes to make the walk more enjoyable.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Answer

Yes! Our reception catering team will gladly accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Just be sure to let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance so we can make sure you're well taken care of.

What if i cant make it or plans change?

Answer

We’ll miss celebrating with you! If you’re unable to join us, please RSVP with “Will Not Attend.” If you’ve already RSVP’d “Attending” but something comes up, just let Shai or Mike know—we completely understand and appreciate the update.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening. We’re hoping to make this a special night out for the grown-ups — a chance to relax, celebrate. Thank you for understanding

Answer

Yes! You can find all the details on the Registry section of this website. We truly appreciate any gifts you may choose to give—your love and support mean the world to us. Our registry includes a few ideas for items that will help make our house feel more like home, but please know these are just suggestions. Feel free to shop wherever you'd like—whether it's Marshalls, T.J.Maxx, Target, Costco, or anywhere else you find a great deal. We’ve also included a few fun options like contributions toward home improvements, a mini-moon adventure, or other experiences we're excited about. No pressure at all—just if you'd like to gift something a little different. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!
