Here is a timeline of what to expect and where to be for our wedding day. We can't wait to celebrate with you! Wedding Day Parking: For guests driving, parking vouchers will be provided for the Mint Museum parking garage. The voucher will cover parking for the full day, so you’re welcome to leave your car there for both the ceremony and reception. Adults-Only Celebration: This is a child-free event. We kindly ask that only those specifically named on your invitation attend. Funky Formal Attire: **Black and white are reserved for the wedding party.** Floor-length or tea-length dresses encouraged for ladies & suits and ties for gentlemen. Think color, texture, and personality—sequins, feathers, florals, bold patterns, and anything that feels a little extra in the best way.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM on a covered terrace. Please be seated by 2:45 PM so you don’t miss a moment. September in Charlotte can be warm, so dress accordingly and plan for the heat.

Cocktail Hour

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The Mint Museum, Uptown - The Carroll Gallery

Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held in an indoor atrium where guests will enjoy some light bites and refreshments. This is a great chance to mingle before dinner!

Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
