It started in Uptown Charlotte on New Year’s Eve, 12.31.2023. In a crowded Dandelion Market, we locked eyes from across the room… and somehow ended up in a full-blown dance battle to the most romantic song ever written (TiK ToK by Ke$ha). With a little help from Alan (wingman turned best man), we exchanged numbers and within a week, we were on our first date. We both showed up in vintage racing jackets (completely unplanned, somehow perfect) and spent hours learning everything we could about each other - both full of butterflies, sushi, and that gut feeling this person was about to change everything. One date turned into many, and very quickly, we became inseparable. Charlotte is where it all happened. Where we met, where we fell in love, where we built a life in which even the ordinary days feel truly special. It’s been full of late nights, long walks, kitty cuddles, new favorite restaurants, laughter with friends, and growing together in all the ways that count. We are so deeply in love, so grateful for every person who has been part of our story, and so excited to bring everyone we love into the city that means so much to us.
