We are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on our wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear on your invitation and on your RSVP. To ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated, we kindly ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. Thank you so much for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration. Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.
We are requesting Black-Tie attire for the wedding day. Men are kindly asked to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit, and women are encouraged to wear a floor-length evening gown. Please note, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will take place on a grassy area, so please be mindful of skinny heels. Don't worry - we will have flip-flops available just in case!
We are providing transportation services from the downtown Banff area to the Fairmont. Below is the pick-up/ drop-off locations and times: Pick-Up for Wedding: (Loop One) 1:10 pm- pick up from Canalta Lodge 1:20 pm- pick up from Banff Park Lodge 1:35 pm- Drop off at the Fairmont Banff Springs (Loop Two) 1:50 pm - pick up from Hidden Ridge Resort 2:05 pm- pick up from the Canalta Lodge 2:15 pm- pick up at the Banff Park Lodge 2:30 pm- Drop off at the Fairmont Banff Springs ** please consider taking the first loop to the hotel for the Ceremony. The bus only has capacity for 24 wedding guests so we need people to take the earlier loop. The Fairmont Banff Springs is an AMAZING hotel that has so many things to look at and various bars. Drop Off After Reception: (Loop one) Early Departure transportation provided at 9:30 pm (will drop off at the Elkhorn Lodge, Banff Park Lodge, Canalta Lodge, and Hidden Ridge Resort).. Don't forget to grab your late night snack before you head out!! (Loop two) 10:45 pm departure time (will drop off at the Elkhorn Lodge, Banff Park Lodge, Canalta Lodge, and Hidden Ridge Resort) (Loop three) 11:30 pm departure time (will drop off at the Elkhorn Lodge, Banff Park Lodge, Canalta Lodge, and Hidden Ridge Resort) If you are staying outside of Banff or not near a pickup location you are more than welcome to catch a cab or drive to the venue. It is very easy to get a cab to and from Banff (Banff's Taxi Service Phone Number: 403-762-0000). If you are not staying at the Fairmont and plan to drive to the wedding. We plan to pay for everyone's parking. Please park in the self-parking structure at the hotel and take the ticket from the machine. We will provide you passes at some point during the wedding.
