Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills
We have a room block reserved at Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills for August 2, 2024 through August 4, 2024. Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive the preferred rate of $129/night. You have until July 4th to book within the room block, before the additional rooms are released. If for any reason the block fills up before you are able to book, please let us know and we can add additional rooms. Both hotels share the same parking lot. The difference between the Hilton and the Hampton is that this hotel has a hot tub, on-site restaurant, and the double rooms have Double beds (rather than the Hampton, which has Queen beds). They are run by the same organization though, so you can book the room block at either hotel for the same price.

Hampton Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills
We have a room block reserved at Hampton Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills for August 2, 2024 through August 4, 2024. Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive a room at the preferred rate ($129/night) for a Double Queen or King room. This hotel has Queen beds in the 2-bed rooms, vs the Hilton, where the beds are Doubles in those rooms. Unlike the Hilton, it does not have a hot tub or restaurant. Both hotels share the same parking lot. **If the room block is full, let us know! We can add more rooms up until July 4th, at which point, we will have to release any unused rooms and additional rooms will be available at market price.

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)
Reisterstown is in Baltimore County, MD and it is a 25–30 minute drive from the Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). If you would prefer to fly into Washington, DC, it is one hour away from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and one hour and fifteen minutes to Washington Dulles International Airport. That said, DC traffic can be pretty dense and unpredictable, so give yourself plenty of travel time if you plan to fly in and out of one of these two airports.
