Lauren - affectionately, "Rooms" - shared a room with me all four years of college, which is a testament to her perseverance. Meeting through "UNC roommate craigslist" proved to be a wonderful turn of fate that would give me a lifelong friend. Between threats of surprise haircuts, cultural fusion cuisine, Lifetime movies, and communicating through screeches and songs, I can't imagine anyone more perfectly weird to help usher me into married life.
Tanner Sands
Best Man
Tanner is my only sibling and has been my best friend since the day he was born. We have been there for each other for the highest of highs and lowest of lows, and somehow he is still willing to put up with all of my nonsense. He is an incredibly talented singer and actor and is currently living his dream out in New York City. I am so lucky to have him as a brother and best man!
Cara Janes

Cara and I met in a middle school English class, when we were assigned opposite sides in a one-on-one debate -- with how hard she went in on her opening statement, I should have guessed then that she would become a lawyer. We forced a tie (or so I maintain; she recently informed me she remembers having won outright), became friends, and have been through it all since then. Cara is always there for heart-to-hearts, venting, memes, and horror movie recommendations, all of which are crucial elements of our friendship.
Alexander Przedpelski
Best Man
"Pelski" has been one of my closest and most trusted friends since high school. We have had so many incredible adventures in Colorado and in DC. He is someone I can always count on to give me honest, heartfelt advice on all aspects of my life (just don't count on him for any sports picks!). I am forever thankful to have him as my co-best man!
Aimee Kling

Aimee and I met through the infinite magic of 4th floor Koury in our freshman year of college, and have talked almost every day since, whether that's to discuss Real Life Stuff or share wizarding trivia and Buzzfeed quizzes (sorry Scorpios get the worst of everything). Aimee is the most fiercely loyal person I've ever known, and is insistent that her friends deserve the absolute best, so the fact that she approves of Shadrey says a lot.
Sean Litchford

Sean and I interned together in the Governor's Office. I'm not sure whether it was working in the weird world of constituent services or our shared love of dive bars and $5 beer and a shot deals, but we became fast friends. When he finally joined the Governor's office team full-time, we became even closer. Sean is a great person and an even better friend and I am so happy to have him as a groomsman.
David Goldstein

David and I have have known each other since middle school, but it wasn't until poker nights and Super Smash Bros. games in high school that we became great friends. Through the good times and bad, "Goldie" has always been there for me. As one of my oldest and closest friends, I am grateful to have David in my wedding party.
Will Crosby
Groomsman
I became great friends with Will almost as a fluke. Through David, he was invited at the last minute to one of the poker nights that I would host in high school. If I remember correctly, he ended up almost winning that night and quickly became a regular in the group. Since then, Will and I have had countless adventures through our college and early professional years. He is one of my closest friends, and I am so excited to have Coffee Black up there with Rondack on the big day!
Phil Richmond

I've been friends with Phil since middle school, and after surviving our college years together; along with the hundreds of hours we have spent playing video games and binge watching shows he became one of my closest friends. Although he is now pursuing his doctorate far away in my favorite city (Vancouver is awesome!), we have been able to keep in touch and talk through all of the adventures of our young careers. I am so thankful to have Phil make his glorious return to Colorado to be in my wedding party!
