For guests arriving early, Shad will be booking tee times for those that may want to play golf. Please reach out to Shad, 406-812-0852, and let him know if you plan to play.

Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual event.

We'd love to welcome you to Nashville for the weekend at one of our favorite spots, New Heights Brewery. Come for a drink or two, stay the whole time or just swing by to say hello prior to the festivities on Saturday. FYI New Heights does not serve food, so you'll want to eat on your own before. For those wanting to hit Broadway before/after, the brewery is conveniently close to downtown (less than a mile)!

Ceremony and Reception

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-formal: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, and dark jackets and slacks. No denim please.

You may arrive up to an hour prior to the ceremony to enjoy the grounds. Due to the timeline of events the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Enjoy cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony. Then dinner and dancing to follow! Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. Please visit our FAQ page for local babysitting recommendations.
