Fly Right Into Santa Rosa!

You may not know, but we've got our own regional airport here in Sonoma! If you're flying from the west coast, it is worth it to look into flights. They can be very affordable and the airport is only about a 20 minute drive from the hotels.

Where to Stay

We have reserved the entire Astro Motel and have a block at the Hotel E. If both of these options are full, all of the hotels listed here are in the same area so that you can easily get to the Astro on Friday and explore downtown on Saturday morning. We picked April to sneak in before peak season in Sonoma County, but we recommend booking sooner rather than later.

Getting to Events

For Friday: All of the recommended hotels are walking distance (10 min walks) to the Astro, but you can also drive and park on the street close by if you'd rather not walk back after dark. Saturday: We ask that you take a ride share (Uber or Lyft) or taxi (Redwood Taxi is local company) to the house and then we will provide return shuttles back to the Astro Motel, Hotel E, and the Hyatt starting at 9pm and going hourly until 2am. There is also plenty of street parking at our house. If you do drive, please carpool as we want to minimize impact as much as possible. For Sunday: Try to carpool or take a ride share if you can. Again, plenty of parking in our neighborhood.

We reserved out this whole motel for maximum slumber party vibes! This is also where Friday's event will be. We ask that you only book here if you are planning on staying both Friday and Saturday night. Folks have been struggling with online system, so we would recommend you just call to book. We have a room block here as well! It is right in the middle of the downtown area for wandering around on Saturday. It is an easy drive or 10 minute walk to the Astro. If you want a pool ;) It is also about a 10 minute walk from the Astro and right across the street from a cute shopping district. As a larger hotel, it offers more options for room arrangements. Shuttles will drop off here on Saturday.
