While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Come dance the night away with us wearing semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held on the grounds of The Club at Glenmore! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be under the pavilion overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. While there will be heaters and fire pits, that time of year can get a little chilly once the sun goes down! Reception will be in the ballroom.
There will be a shuttle from the Double Tree by Hilton to and from the venue. The shuttles will have a capacity for approximately 100 guests so please plan accordingly. Schedule of shuttles will be included in your welcome bag at check in!
We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in that moment with us during this special day. Feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception!
