Bus Pickup
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm
A bus service has been arranged to transport guests from each hotel with a room block to the venue. At the end of the reception, the buses will make a stop at CabbyShack, the afterparty location, before returning to the hotels. Please be sure to arrive on time. The buses will leave exactly 10 minutes after the arrival time listed below. Bus 1 & 2 Pickup Time 3:45PM - Hotel 1620 Bus 3 Pickup Times 3:30PM - Hampton Inn & Suites 3:45PM - Holiday Inn Express
Ceremony

Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, under a covered tent and patio. We kindly ask that you check the weather and dress accordingly to stay comfortable throughout the day.
