This hotel is not only adorable, but offers days passes for their spa that includes different temperature plunge pools, steam rooms, and saunas. A great way to spend a morning or afternoon.
This place has incredible pizza, and is located on the scenic Columbia River. This is also a very popular spot with locals and visitors, we'd recommend getting here early in order to snag a table, especially on weekends.
Ferment boasts expansive views of the Columbia River from their airy tasting room. Their beers are award-winning and their name is highly respected among the beer community in Oregon.
One of Tommy's favorite local breweries, pFriem crafts world-class beers and an absolutely insane fried chicken sando. This is where all the real beer nerds hang out.
If you haven't picked up by now, Hood River is known for having a lot of breweries (and good ones, too). Double Mountain knocks it out of the park with their brews, and also with their pizzas. Be sure to order the truffle shuffle or the sausage+onion+mushroom pies.
This brewery was started in 2021 by Hood River locals, creating beers that are heavily focused on nature and the aura of British pubs. Think playful, feminine, a different kind of brewery than what you may tend to envision. This is the kind of beer Tina drinks, and she is not normally a beer-enthusiast.
An unassuming ramen spot that will knock your socks off. Christina dreams of their black garlic chintan, as well as their crab puff (like a crab rangoon, but bigger).
