With the exception of our ring bearer and flower girls, this is a STRICTLY NO CHILDREN event.
The venue opens at 4pm and we encourage guests to arrive at this time to enjoy a pre-ceremony glass of champagne. As the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, we ask that guests arrive no later than 4:25pm. The venue does not allow guests to arrive earlier than 4pm.
There is very limited parking at the venue and is mainly reserved for the wedding party and family. We will provide transportation to and from the venue via shuttle service.
In order to maintain the intimate nature of our event, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. Your invitation will indicate if you may bring a plus one.
Hood River is located about 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from downtown Portland. The best airport to fly into is the Portland International Airport (PDX). There are a number of hotels in Hood River that are within ten minutes of the wedding venue - please see the Travel section.
