Booking Activities & Online Check In

Make sure you download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You can use the app or log into the DCL website to book onboard activities, excursions, spa/salon services, etc. once your booking window opens. Your app or DCL website will tell you when your booking window opens. You can always book activities now and then cancel them if you decide you don't want to keep them. You just need to cancel them 24 hours ahead to not incur a charge. You can book and cancel through the website and/or app. You will complete your online check in for the cruise through the app or website. Please click the "View" tab to see an example of what the online check in process is like so that you can have your items ready at your disposal to complete the check in. You will need a clear photo of your citizenship documentation as well as a picture of each passenger from the shoulders up. You will also want to have your credit card information available to register for your onboard account. Once you complete the check in you will be given your port arrival time and boarding group number. Karen is one of those people who is up at midnight to complete the online check in as the earlier you check in the earlier your port arrival time and boarding group will be. Your app or website will tell you what date you can perform online check in. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Flight

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

If you are flying in it's best to plan to fly into Florida at least one day before the cruise, as air travel has been quite the challenge lately and the ship won't wait for you to arrive! If you are flying home on the day we disembark the ship it is recommended that you do not book a flight earlier than 11:30 am. There are Disney Cruise Line buses that you can book to shuttle you to the airport. Please let us know if you need help arranging that service.

Shuttle Services and Parking

If you are staying at a hotel close to the port or a Disney resort there are shuttles available for easy transport to and from the terminal. If you need help arranging that, just let us know! You can also stay at a hotel close to the Orlando airport and book a shuttle service to the port. Some of the stays near the airport seem to be a better deal than the hotels at the port. If you plan to park at the terminal the address is 9155 Charles M. Rowland Dr., Port Canaveral, FL 32920. The fee for the Port Canaveral Parking Garage is $136 per parking space for a 7-night cruise. There are also parking services nearby that offer lower-priced parking options with a shuttle to the ship. Please let us know if you'd like help with parking arrangements. Hotel

Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, Orlando International Airport or Disney Resort Hotels

There are plenty of hotels near the Port Canaveral area that will make for an easy arrival to the port on the day of debarkation. Most of the hotels near the port will have shuttles that will take you directly there to make the process even easier. Let us know if you would like recommendations. Staying at a Disney resort also provides easy access to the port with the ability to book their Disney Cruise Line buses. Please let us know if you'd like help with booking a Disney resort stay! It looks like there are also some lower priced options for hotels near the Orlando International Airport that you can also book port shuttles from through the Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle site.
