Question

How do I book my flight & stay?

Answer

We are working with a fantastic travel agent who is handling booking flights and the resort. Bundling the flight and the resort booking will be most cost-effective. Our travel agent has all the information to book with group rate pricing. Please reach out to her by email or phone (contact below) to get started with booking and get final prices for flights and resorts. If you are still deciding if you will attend, you can also reach out to her to determine what prices would be. Information that she will request upon booking: name as it appears on passport, birthday, address, phone number, intended travel dates, and airline frequent flyer account (if applicable). What if I can't attend?

Answer

Please know that while we'd love to celebrate with you, there is absolutely no expectation of anyone invited to attend. We know that this is a big trip and there are many factors to consider when deciding if this works for you. We love you all whether you're celebrating with us physically or in spirit!

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! If you plan to attend, please make sure your passport is updated. *Please note that passports must remain valid at least 6 months past the stay.* Passports expire after ten years. If you have an expired passport, you can renew it via mail with a new passport photo (try Walmart, CVS, etc.), a completed passport renewal form (link below), a $130 fee, and cost of mailing. After your passport renewal is received, it should take about 6-8 weeks to process. There is a different process if this would be your first passport. Will children be attending?

Riu Latino is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort. We absolutely love all of your kids, though children under 18 will not be permitted at the resort. We hope that you are able to enjoy a carefree vacation with us, and let your kids enjoy time with family or friends back home!

But what would I wear?!

Answer

For the ceremony & wedding, we encourage you to lend a hand to the bride and join in as her "something blue"! Bright, bold colors & fun, tropical patterns are also encouraged! Please take this as an opportunity to dress your best, keeping in mind that October temperatures in Cancun are typically around 75-85 degrees.
