When should I book my accomodations?

As soon as possible! Cashiers is a popular travel destination and we recommend not waiting until last minute.

Question

Will transportation to/from the wedding and welcome party be available?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided for Friday and Saturday's events. For those who would like to drive to RD or Welcome Party, there is complimentary valet parking upon arrival to the clubhouse. Friday Schedule (Wedding Party/Rehearsal Dinner Attendees): 4:30 PM: Shuttle pickup from the Hampton Inn Sapphire Valley 4:45 PM: Shuttle pickup from the Wells Hotel Welcome Party Pickup: (for any guests coming to the Welcome Party who would like to take a shuttle to Mountaintop) 8:15 PM: Shuttle pickup from Hotel Cashiers Saturday Schedule Transportation: 4:15 PM: Shuttle pickup from the Hampton Inn Sapphire Valley 4:30 PM: Shuttle pickup from Hotel Cashiers 4:30 PM: Shuttle pickup from Trillium (please meet shuttle in the parking lot of the Trillium Main Office, 48 Links Drive, Cashiers NC 28717). Enter main Trillium entrance on golf course side off Norton Road and take your first right). 4:50-5:00 PM: Arrival at Mountaintop/Wedding Ceremony Location 5:30-11 PM: Ceremony and Reception. Transportation will be provided back to hotels and Trillium. Shuttles will run upon request until 10:00 PM. Final shuttles will run after the reception at 11:00 PM.
