What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for seating.

What’s the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail or semi-formal attire. Suits, dresses, jumpsuits, or other polished looks are perfect. Kindly no jeans.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Stone Chalet Bed and Breakfast Inn and Event Center, located at 1917 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. The ceremony will be immediately followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!

Is there parking available?
Answer
Please park your car on Berkshire Road. Please ensure to keep all walkways and driveways clear, and park completely on the correct side of parking sign edges.

Where do I enter the venue?
Answer
Although the street address is 1917 Washtenaw Avenue, the event hall reception entrance is located on Berkshire Road. Guests and visitors cannot enter through the bright red door to the Main House from Washtenaw Avenue.

Are children invited and/or can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Children are not permitted unless we’ve let you know otherwise. Thank you so much for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate and within our venue capacity.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please note any dietary needs when submitting your RSVP, or feel free to reach out to us directly. We’ll gladly make sure your meal is taken care of.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is tentatively planned to be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors, though guests are welcome to enjoy lawn games and stroll through the beautiful botanical gardens throughout the celebration.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?
Answer
The Stone Chalet is a strictly no-smoking venue. If you need to smoke or vape, please exit the property and use the sidewalks or nearby public areas. Violations may result in removal from the venue and/or fines assessed by the property. Thank you for respecting the venue’s policies.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be present with us. We promise to share professional photos afterward!

Can I share photos from the reception on social media?
Answer
Yes! We’d love for you to celebrate and share photos from the reception. Please feel free to post any photos or videos you take using our wedding hashtag: #SethAndKevLevelUp.
Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please let us know if you can celebrate with us by May 16, 2026. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we may not be able to accommodate RSVPs received after this date. RSVPs can be submitted on our wedding website on the RSVP page.
