Dinner, Live Music and Open Bar! Transportation to Welcome Party Friday, 9/13/24 Kalypso Bar and Grill (welcome party venue) is located in the small town of Hanalei, which is a short 8-10 minute drive from Princeville. You are welcome to drive and park in town, but if you'd prefer not to drive, we've arranged for a shuttle service. The shuttle will run between 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and Kalypso from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. If you would like a ride, please meet at the valet area in front of 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay anytime between 6:30 PM-7:30 PM. The shuttle is provided by Kauai Luxury Transportation and will be a large black sprinter van, which should be easy to spot.

Beach Attire
Parking: If you are driving, please park on the street outside of the home. There is a public beach walkway that runs along the left side of the property and takes you to the beach. Once you walk down the pathway and arrive at the beach, make a right and you will see our group setup on the beach. Shuttle: We have also arranged a shuttle that will take guests back and forth between 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Princeville and the Hanalei beach house (5204 Weke Road). The shuttle will begin picking up guests at the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay at 11:30AM and run continuously through 4:30PM. Surfing: If you signed up for surf lessons you were assigned one of three time slots (12:30, 1:30, 2:30) and will go out with the instructors in groups of 6-8 people. The scheduled time of your individual lesson will be available onsite when you arrive Saturday. The surf company will provide you with all the equipment you need, but please bring a towel if possible. The instructors will meet you on the beach outside the house at your scheduled time.
