Dress Code?

We kindly request you to please wear semi formal attire and appropriately dress for the everchanging weather. Formal is welcomed! We are unsure of the current weather conditions at this time so please dress accordingly. We also do not have a theme; we are allowing all colors but we ask that you do not wear any white, or the bridal party colors (Tan, Navy & Berry).

What if I am running late to the ceremony?

Answer

If you anticipate arriving after 3:30, please wait in the gravel parking lot or under the covered veranda. A designated wedding assistant will be available to guide you and help you find an appropriate place to stand until the ceremony concludes.

What if I am unable to make it?

Answer

We kindly ask that if your plans change and you’re no longer able to attend, please let us know as early as possible. Last-minute changes can be tough on our planning, and we’d truly appreciate the heads-up!

Kid/Pet friendly?

Adult only celebration. Kindly, no children or pets on ceremony or reception grounds.

What time should I arrive/ depart?

We ask that you arrive between 2:45 & 3pm, to allow time for parking and seating. We are anticipating ending the night at 10:30 Pm

Where do I park?

Answer

At our venue, a dedicated staff member will be available in the parking area to guide guests and help them find convenient parking. Since the lot accommodates only 50 vehicles, we kindly request that guests consider carpooling or arranging drop-offs to ensure smooth parking for everyone.

Where do I go once I have parked?

Answer

Upon parking, you'll find the main venue building just steps away. Please do not enter through the front double doors. Instead, follow the gravel path along the left side of the building to the outdoor paved ceremony area. Once there, you can be seated in any row except the first set of rows, which are reserved for the bride and groom's families. The reception will follow after inside the event hall.

Will I need to travel to multiple locations?

Answer

No need to worry about multiple locations! All wedding events will take place at the same venue, so once you park your car, you can leave it there until the celebration concludes.

Where do I put my gift/ card for the couple?

Answer

Gifts and cards will be greatly accepted in our reception room by the DJ.

Do I have to get something off of the registry?

Answer

Of course not! but we appreciate it if you would. If you do not see anything on there that you can get for us, and you want to do something else. Please run the idea by us before doing so.

What food will be served?

We are serving buffet style BBQ from The Smoke Pit with a wait staff there ready to serve you! We have chosen 2 entrees and 3 sides that we think everyone will love! We hope you enjoy.

Can I take photos & video during the Ceremony/Reception?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, asking all guests to turn off their devices and be fully present in the moment. After the ceremony, you're welcome to capture photos and video. During the reception, we invite you to take pictures, but we ask that you remain seated during our first dances and be mindful of other guests' views.

Will there be alcohol?

Our wedding reception will feature a limited selection of wine and beer. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that no outside beverages be brought to the event.
