FAQs

In the interest of everyone's health and safety, it is the bride and groom's wish that you attend in person only if you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are not, please send us your best wishes instead. The wedding and reception will be held outside. Cross your fingers for a sunny Spring!
Question

What does "fully vaccinated" mean?

Answer

Per the trusty CDC website, "Fully vaccinated means a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series of COVID-19 vaccine." Boosters are highly recommended, but not required as part of our COVID-19 attendance request. Please email or text the bride or groom with any questions you may have on this topic. Groom's email: sethallen2008@gmail.com Bride's email: erinlasher22@gmail.com

Question

Can I camp on the property?

Answer

You can! However, you are only allowed to camp on site the night of the wedding. Please email the mother of the bride, Cheryl, at houselascholl@gmail.com to confirm your on-site camping plans.

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

We love furry friends, but this will be a dog-free wedding. There is a great boarding facility in Milton-Freewater, OR (just a 20 minute drive from the wedding venue). They offer day boarding and overnight boarding. Website information: http://www.penrodkennels.com/

Question

If this is a dog-free wedding, is it also a child-free wedding?

Answer

Of course not! We're excited to celebrate with you and your little ones. Be mindful that the farm has uneven terrain and a twisted ankle is not out of the realm of possibility.

Question

How difficult is the accessibility?

Answer

It is a farm, the terrain isn't all level. There is the capability of dropping people off close to the ceremony location, however from the parking lot it will be a short walk over uneven ground with possible goffer holes and such. It could be difficult for the elderly or handicapable.

Question

Is there anything I can do to help?

Answer

There will definitely be things to help with, but that being said there may not be enough things for everyone to help with. We don't want anyone getting overwhelmed with questions during such a wonderful time in our lives. Everyone is expected to help keep the beautiful property clean, and everyone is welcome to help clean up. If you wish to help more than that we would love the help, but please reach out in advance. You can e-mail the groom @ sethallen2008@gmail.com. Or the brides mom @ houselascholl@gmail.com
