Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

All RSVPs will be handled through the wedding website. Scan the QR code on your invitation or click the RSVP tab above.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 15, 2025.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by March 15, 2025, we will assume you won't be able to attend. We would love to celebrate with you, but we must provide an exact guest count to our venue and cannot accommodate late responses.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love and adore your kids, but we’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults-only, with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girls. We hope you’ll take this opportunity for a night out and celebrate with us! Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re excited to see our family and friends dressed up for our special day! The dress code is cocktail attire. For the ladies, this typically includes cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates like a skirt or dress pants paired with a blouse. For men, this generally consists of dress pants and a button-down shirt. A blazer and/or tie is optional. Please no jeans or shorts.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Please avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white, ivory, and cream. Our color palette is black, white, and gold, so wearing black is perfectly acceptable, but it is not mandatory.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 in the afternoon, so please arrive by 5:00pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will need to wait until cocktail hour to be seated. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We’re having an "unplugged" ceremony, so please refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture these special moments, so we ask that you leave the photos to them and focus on being fully present as we say "I do." After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like and share them with us!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn behind the venue. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors. If you need assistance and are unable to use the stairs, a venue representative will be available to transport you to the lower level via golf cart.

Question

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon, you can do so through the registry tab above. Wedding cards can also be placed in the card box at the reception. Thank you for celebrating with us!

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises. Per venue policy and regulations all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the venue.

Question

What are the transportation options?

Answer

We want everyone to have a fun and safe evening, so please remember not to drink and drive. You’re welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. We encourage you to use Uber, Lyft, or a designated driver to get to your destination safely at the end of the night.
